Join me for six weeks of luscious music and movement!
 
Each week you will receive a pre-recorded lesson on Monday and a practice video on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. 
 
You have the option of joining a FB group with me to ask questions or entering a Zoom meeting on Sundays at 3pm EST.
