How do I practice???
You have an almost infinite variety of ways to practice,
but that doesn't help you to know.
In fact, that might paralyze you!
Here's one way (not THE WAY. We're not
Mandalorians. Unfortunately).
1. Write down three moves (arm hits, chest lifts, hips hits)
2. Find a dance song with a consistent beat.
3. Practice the first move for 30 seconds or so, then
drill the second and then the third.
4. Sequence them together: 8 counts arm hits, 8 counts
chest lifts, 8 counts hip hits
5. Repeat!
Short, simple, DOABLE!
